Project goal: To strengthen the voice and influence of national activists and harm reduction advocates in articulating priorities and needs of key populations in regards to sustainability of the harm reduction programs, stigma, discrimination and barriers in Montenegro.

National campaign “Chase the virus not people” included a set of actions to advocate priorities and needs of key populations in regards to the sustainability of the harm reduction programs, stigma, discrimination and barriers.
“Chase the virus not people” campaign in Montenegro included also the development of the short movie “From user to leader” about coordinator of CAZAS harm reduction program who was previously a client and used services of CAZAS for PWUD. Students of multimedia faculties took part in video development. It was a good opportunity for young people to get to know the problem, and contribute to the national campaign, and further to raise awareness of the importance of project topics.
Also, as part of the national campaign Infographic and online campaign were developed with an aim to present the program, its challenges, and best practices to stakeholders.
The campaign slogan was in English.
All activities contributed towards strengthening the voice and influence of national activists and harm reduction advocates in articulating priorities and needs of KPs in regard to the sustainability of the harm reduction programs, stigma, discrimination and barriers.
Key campaign messages delivered through video and social campaign in at least two traditional media (RTCG and TVNK) and two social media channels with at least 10.000 views, as well as distributed video towards at least 100 direct national and international addresses.
